Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you agree that any dispute, controversy, claim, liability, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to:

• payment and refunds;

• or any matters related to the products and services provided by PrintFrenzy,

If any provision of this section is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and enforceable.

PrintFrenzy reserves the right, in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, to take legal action against any infringement of its intellectual property rights, business interests, website security, or any other unlawful activities causing damage to the Company.
